Our Services - Third Party Inspection
This services aims to control at the manufacturer or sub-contractors premises, the quality of workmanship and conformity of manufactured equipment with the purchase requirements/specifications, applicable drawings, codes, or standards.
The level of involvement would be set in a quality plan mark up and dependent on the equipment and applications. It may include stages or phase inspection, witness testing or final inspection.
We support these services from all phases of delivery from the raw materials through to completion, commissioning and handover.
The relevant components of the service are:
Manufacturing capability studies including:- plant size, number of employees, production control, quality controls, engineering operability, and management support.
Supplier/Vendors audits including:- review of client requirements, vendor proposals, and vendor quality programme.
Development of vendor requirements based upon an agreed witness point testing, client procurement documentation, and all applicable cod
Shop inspection including:- On site testing and inspection of manufacturing, identification of non-conformance, and open item reporting and control.
Documentation review and administrative assistance including:- review of testing procedures and results, documentation of tests and verification of personnel certification.
Material control and warehousing support to maintain availability of essential parties including:- receipt inspection, spare parts, inventory control and parking in correct methods.
Expediting and Project monitoring. This aims at providing the progress of activities with services pre-determined time schedule based on critical part network to detect and analyze key areas, which might entail delays. The essence of the service is to suggest constructive solutions in order to meet the targets, inform the client of the real situation existing and of all decisions taken to meet schedule.
Manpower placement services
Provides Technical manpower and consultancy support to operators, producers, contractors, using seconded personnel working under client’s supervision. Personnel in different disciplines include but not limited to the following:
Civil Inspectors and Engineers
Safety and Risk assessment Supervisors
Site safety coordination
Second Hand Equipment Surveys, (aimed to assess second hand equipment to establish its suitability for further use or remnant).
